Vampy and Smoldering New Years Eve Makeup
VAMPY and smoldering makeup for New Years? I think YES! Welcome back my Jeaniez of love. How are you guys doin’? I hope all of you had a wonderful Christmas, and I hope all of you have wonderful end of the year holidays ahead. Since XMAS is over, that means for the majority New Years is on the mind! Should you wear glitter, should you play it cool with a bold ensemble? Hmm! So many choices. Starting with MY first makeup look pertaining to the season, my vision was smoldering and vampy! It is after all Winter, thus darker colors are more forgiving. Not only will the smokey black eyeliner around one’s eyes make them POP, it will form the perfect “glam” look that is totally chic and high end! The best part is all you loves need is a good mascara, black eyeshadow, or a black eye pencil and your choice of vampy red/purple lippie. Easy as 123! Enjoy xoxo.
Eyes ❥ Anastasia Beverly Hills | Dipbrow Pomade, Caramel
Tarte Cosmetics | Tartelette Amazonian Clay Matte Eyeshadow Palette: Super Mom (all over lids), Fashionista (eyeliner)
Be sure to spend time blending, and smoking out the black eyeshadow! If the lines are too harsh, it won’t accent the smoldering notes the lipstick gives off. BLEND BLEND, and even when you think your eyeshadow is blended, blend some more! PLEASE be noted, that you MIGHT need a powder foundation under your eyes because black will leak, and fade when used in excess. If you have a translucent powder, it will help the black stick more, and will help prevent creasing! Who wants unintentional raccoon eyes on NYE? Shiver.
